Checkn' into this world

First time doing this, so just cruisin' around to get the feel of it. We plan on placing lots of pics for family to see. Hopefully this will help us remember to take our camera with us when we go places.

Our oldest is away at college and we miss her tons. Sometimes I go into her room and can envision her laying on her bed or doing her hair in front of her mirror. We miss her, but know she is having a great time in college and 'bein' on her own.'

Dallin our youngest, begins highschool this year. I'm yawning as I say that because Seminary begins at 6 AM and I am NOT looking forward to another round of 4 years of early morning, since Dallin is soooooooooooooooo hard to wake up. He's my night owl and could sleep alllllll day.

Kevin is the dad of the house and a great husband, father, gardner, cook, carpenter; you name it and he can do it. He's a master of all trades and is the best guy I know! He's the best of the best of the best, sir! (imitation of Will Smith in "Men In Black" one of our faves!)

ME: well, I'm just the mom: wait, let me rephrase that - "I am a Mother!" and proud of it. I'm in the phase of life that allows me little more freedom of little ones occupying my time, but I'm forever a proud mother and a wife to a wonderful man!

We'll post many pictures on here when I can get to them and when I learn more about this page.
Thanks to Danielle for kicking me in the rear to get off my duff and join the 21st century with journaling and scrapbooking online. I'm a writer by nature and have a story coming out in the next Chicken Soup for Souls books. I'll let you know later, but I'm afraid I'd bore you to tears if I go on!
